Eight Off takes Solitaire to a sharper level; plan every step, unlock smart moves, and conquer the challenge with skill, patience, and bold strategy.
Eight Off is a variation of the Freecell solitaire game, using 8 free cells, 4 of which are already filled with cards at the start.
The objective of the game is to place all 52 cards in the 4 foundation columns in order from Ace to King of the same suit. Initially, the deck is divided into 8 columns (tableau) of 6 cards each, and the remaining 4 cards are placed in the empty cells.
You can move a card or group of cards in order of the same suit if there are enough free cells and empty columns to support it, commonly known as a supermove.
The empty columns can only be filled with Kings unless you are playing easy mode, where you can place any card.

If you loved FreeCell Classic, Eight Off will feel both familiar and surprising. The game retains the same layout of empty tiles and foundation columns, but there are 8 empty tiles instead of 4, half of which are already filled with cards from the start. This forces you to calculate more carefully, as card storage space is limited from the start.
Unlike Freecell, which allows alternating colors, Eight Off only allows the same suit. This rule makes moving cards more difficult, requiring players to control the order in the tableau and use empty tiles strategically to pave the way for long chains of moves.
