Enjoy Steps Solitaire online. Sort cards by suit from Ace to King. A relaxing, strategic solo card game that’s easy to play and great for quick breaks.
Steps Solitaire is an interesting variation of the basic Klondike game, played with a deck of 52 cards and the main objective is to build 4 stacks from Ace to King on the four Foundation columns.
The goal is to get all 52 cards onto the 4 Foundation spaces in order, from A to K, of the same suit. Cards are organized into 7 columns in decreasing value, with alternating colors (red and black), and only Kings can be placed in empty columns. The game requires strategy, prioritizing turning over face-down cards and controlling the draw.

Both are single-player solitaire games with the same goal: to get all 52 cards onto the 4 Foundation spaces, in order from Ace to King and of the same suit.
The layout of the game is almost the same: 7 Tableau columns, 1 draw deck (Stock), a discard pile (Waste), and 4 Foundation tiles.
The arrangement of cards in Tableau is the same: descending and alternating colors.
The main difference lies in the way of drawing cards:
Classic Klondike draws 3 cards at a time, which creates a higher level of difficulty and requires more memorization of the card order. Meanwhile, Steps Solitaire, you only draw 1 card at a time, provides better control and easier play, which is suitable for beginners.
If Klondike is suitable for experienced players who like challenges, Steps Solitaire is the perfect choice for light entertainment, fast play, and is no less attractive.
